What's With This?My webpage isn't loading right! I took out the YACCS code to see if that helped, but it didn't. I only hope I can figure out how to put it back. Now I'm going to try and republish with a new post, and if that doesn't work I don't know what I'll do. How can the world continue to spin without my babbling and beefcake cluttering up the net?
Perhaps we're about to find out...
[Ten minutes later...]
Okay, so that didn't work, and I put the YACCS back. I think I did, anyway. Perhaps the problem is with Blogger. I've learned with Blogger that all it takes is a little patience and a little letting go. I'll try that next. If that doesn't work, I'll write a little note to tech support.
[Twenty minutes later...]
Well, now everything is loading correctly, and I fixed up some font-codes in my links column that were bugging me, but now the comments are gone. Maybe it was a YACCS problem after all? Or maybe I just put them back wrong. Some days I wish I was just a little more proficient on this stuff. Like I'm trying to fix up our webpage at work, and it looks so blah and boring and kindergartener-y. Pretty soon I'm going to be reduced to asking for help. And you know how I feel about that.
Oh, well fiddle-dee-dee. I'll think about that tomorrow. After all, tomorrow is another day.
In the meantime I am going to go get in bed and think dirty thoughts about clean people. Ciao!
[The next day...]
Comments are back (I reloaded them from the source, somehow I think I must have deleted or misplaced a character), and the page is loading correctly but slowly (Blogger Update tells me that their servers are sluggish for some reason). All is well, everything is fine-just-fine.
I only wish I understood.
